Responsibilities:
- Process account payable invoices which will usually amount to 100 invoices per week
- Oversee processing work orders
- Assist with accounts receivable
- Responsible for basic journal entries
- Communicate with vendors with any invoice discrepancies
Qualifications:
- Associates in Accounting preferred
- Prior experience in Account Payable
