Accounts Payable Analyst
CFS is working with a client to help identify an Accounts Payable Analyst for their team. This is role that will expand past "regular" AP transactional type of responsibilities. There is a lot to be liked about this company.

About the Accounts Payable Analyst role
- Enter, approve and complete weekly check runs.
- AP related responsibilities such as maintaining vendor database, approvals, etc.
- Auditing invoices for accuracy of address, amounts, sales tax exemption, etc.
- Approve invoices (ensuring accuracy with shipping documents, POs, etc.)
- Reporting to senior managers on accounts payable
- Resolve billing issues as they arise working directly with vendors.
- Generate 1099's and provide information for year-end audit.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Preferred qualification of the Accounts Payable Analyst:
- Accounts payable experience in a higher volume environment.
- Experience working in either a manufacturing or construction industry.
- Good analytical skills.
