Overview of the Accounts Payable Accountant Role:

As an Accounts Payable Accountant with us, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the financial health of our organization. Your responsibilities will include processing 10-20 transactions daily, managing invoices, payments, and check runs, and overseeing various payment methods, including checks, ACH, wire, and credit cards.

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Accountant:

  • Accounting Experience: 0-3+ years of experience in accounting, demonstrating your foundational knowledge and commitment to accuracy.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required, reflecting your dedication to the field and commitment to continuous learning.
  • Excel Proficiency: Intermediate skills in Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, and formulas, to efficiently manage and analyze financial data.
  • Software Experience: Experience with NetSuite is a significant advantage, showcasing your ability to adapt to and utilize accounting software effectively.
