Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Accounting/Tax Manager to join our CPA firm. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounting and tax functions of our organization. You will have the opportunity to work with a team of professionals who are committed to excellence and dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements
• Manage and oversee all aspects of the accounting and tax functions of the organization
• Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and other financial reports
• Conduct research and analysis on complex accounting and tax issues
• Monitor and analyze financial data and provide recommendations to senior management
• Develop and implement accounting and tax policies and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Manage and mentor a team of accounting and tax professionals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA certification required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and tax management
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
• Experience with complex pass-through entities
• Proficient in Excel, including Pivot Tables and other advanced functions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
