Responsibilities: As an Accounting Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Perform accurate and timely bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct thorough general ledger reviews to identify discrepancies and maintain precise financial records.
  • Apply your medical knowledge to interpret and process healthcare-related financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Utilize intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables, to analyze financial data and generate valuable insights.
  • Showcase your proficiency in QuickBooks to manage financial transactions efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications: To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience, with a strong understanding of bank reconciliations and general ledger review.
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables, to manipulate and analyze financial data effectively.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks to manage financial transactions with precision.
  • A medical background or experience working in the healthcare sector, which will be a significant advantage.
