Accounting Specialist -

Overview of the Accounting Specialist role:
- Full cycle Accounts Payable - approx. 20 invoices per day, weekly check runs, ACH processing
- Accounts Receivable - daily deposits, client billing/invoicing/bill of lading, aging tracking and client account calls
- Account and credit card reconciliations
- Assist clients with account/billing questions with a customer service mindset
Preferred Qualifications for the Accounting Specialist:
- Solid understanding of the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
- Proactive in tackling challenges and a desire to provide great customer service
