Overview of the Accounting Specialist Opportunity:
- Process high volume invoices for payments
- Reconciling statements and transactions
- Preparing journal entries
- Verifying certain general ledger accounts
- Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges
Qualifications of the Accounting Specialist:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of payables and general ledger experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Sage 50 experience preferred, but not required
- Fluency in spoken and written English
