Accounting Manager
My client, a booming global organization, is seeking an Accounting Manager due to promotion. This is a highly visible role. This company boasts low turnover and work/life balance with great benefits. Onsite in Springfield, TN. Up to $105k base plus bonus. Permanent direct hire position.
Overview of the Accounting Manager Role:
- The Assistant Financial Controller is responsible for managing the accounting, financial reporting, treasury/cash management and bank financing activities.
- This is a hands-on position with no direct reports, but will review the work of other accounting team members.
- Preparation of monthly financial statements and review of the financial reporting package prior to distribution to senior management.
- Work closely with Accounting Manager on all aspects of inventory control and costing and final postings of inventory into subsidiary records and general ledger.
- Provide support and assistance to Controller and CFO related to the budget and forecasting process.
- Perform daily cash/treasury management functions including monitoring cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP.
Preferred Qualifications of the Accounting Manager:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 4 years of accounting experience
- Ability to work onsite in Springfield TN
