Accounting Manager
Are you an experienced accounting professional looking for a dynamic and rewarding role? We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Manager in our client's Marlborough office. This full-time, exempt position offers excellent benefits and a competitive salary range of $107-$122K.
Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily accounting operations in a fast-paced environment
- Drive month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement compilation
- Present financial information to executive management, providing insights and recommendations
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies
- Coordinate and facilitate external and internal audits, providing necessary documentation
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience, including supervisory experience with accounting staff
- Strong knowledge of multi-ledger and multi-divisional accounting, including intercompany accounting across multiple legal entities, multi-currency, and international transactions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Additional Requirements: - Predictive Index assessment will be required (administered by us)
