Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team in the Tech industry. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with our established schedule and with input from the rest of the accounting department.
2. Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
3. Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and other issues that should be brought to the CFO's attention.
4. Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary.
5. Reconcile balance sheet accounts.
6. Coordinate semi-annual audits and assist the CFO with conducting audits.
7. Conduct regular ledger entries, and revise them as necessary.
8. Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
9. Perform variance analysis and prepare account reconciliations.
10. Assist with financial and tax audits.
11. Document and monitor internal controls in support of auditing team.
12. Coordinate more complex accounting projects and initiatives with other members of the accounting and finance team or with other departments.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. 5+ years of accounting experience (public accounting a plus).
3. Comprehensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
4. Experience with general ledger functions, month-end/year-end close processes, and financial statement preparation.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge in Excel.
6. Experience with accounting software and databases.
7. CPA or CMA certification a plus.
