Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee general accounting operations and manage the day-to-day financial activities of our global organization. This includes supervising accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, monitoring cash flow, and preparing accurate financial statements.

Responsibilities;

  • Manage full-cycle accounting workflow spanning AR, AP, reconciliations, expense reporting, and payroll
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Review invoices, purchase orders, and billing data to ensure accuracy and proper allocation
  • Lead financial statement preparation and support external audit processes
  • Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Manage accounting team members including goal-setting, performance reviews and mentoring junior staff
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in accounting and financial workflows

Requirements;

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred
  • 5+ years accounting experience including prior management role
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and financial controls
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with major ERP/accounting systems
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership abilities
  • Proven ability to handle complexity, multiple projects, and collaborate cross-functionally in global company
