Our Client; a privately owned construction services company is looking to add to their inside office team. This person will play a key role in the everyday office functions, accounting, and human resources. Solid pay, 401k, vacation, sick time, bonus potential as well.


Responsibilities:


Accounting & Finance



  • Knowledge of QuickBooks is a Must

  • Accounts Receivables & Accounts Payable experience

  • Manages, personnel records to determine names, rates of pay, and occupations of newly hired workers, and changes in wage rates and occupations of employees on payroll.

  • Records, or directs recording of, new or changed pay rates in payroll register or computer files.

  • Manages computation of pay according to company policy.

  • Reviews payroll to ensure accuracy.

  • Adjusts errors and complaints.


Human Resources and Office Management



  • Consults legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with federal and state law.

  • Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs.

  • Analyzes and organizes office operations and procedures such as bookkeeping, preparation of payroll, personnel and information management filing systems, requisition of supplies, and other clerical services.

  • Maximizes office productivity through proficient use of appropriate software applications.

  • Reviews clerical and personnel records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.

  • Prepares activities reports for guidance of management.

  • Maintains contact with customers and outside vendors.

  • May serve as mediator for employee conflict resolution.

  • Adaptable to new sytems, software, and able to assist in implementing as needed.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: From $55,000 - $65,000 per year
