Accounting Coordinator
Position Overview:
Our client has a need for assistance due to the current workload.
Responsibilities:
- Accounting Coordinator will record HUD settlements - recording revenue and expenses
- Accounting Coordinator will record cash receipts
- Accounting Coordinator will record settlement wires
- Accounting Coordinator will record deposits
- Accounting Coordinator will complete ad hoc tasks and projects, as assigned
Requirements:
- Recent grads or candidates with 1 year+ of accounting experience will be considered for Accounting Coordinator role
- Must know debits & credits
- Degree is a plus but NOT required
- Previous construction or home building accounting experience is a plus but NOT required
- HB1 is GL system, similar to Dynamics - our client will train on this
- Must know debits and credits
- Intermediate Excel skills - pivot tables, VLOOKUP's
Personality Fit:

- Ask questions but researches first to resolve on own
- Enjoys a role that requires frequent communication with others - will have lots of interaction with division sales (any questions on HUD statements, will have to reach out, same thing for deposits)
- Mindful of deadlines - required to record all revenue within 3 business days of following month
