OVERVIEW OF THE ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR ROLE:
- The Accounting Coordinator will sit at the front desk, answering phones, transferring calls and taking messages
- The Accounting Coordinator will handle the data entry of invoices and matching invoices to purchase orders
- Prep deposits and record payments
- Follow up on delinquent customer accounts
- Handle special projects as assigned by management and senior accounting staff
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR ROLE:
- Great customer service is required for the Accounting Coordinator role.
- The Accounting Coordinator will have a friendly demeanor and flexible to help where needed
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Prior exposure to AP, AR, or Payroll is a must
