RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR ROLE:
- The Accounting Coordinator will compile and sort documents, such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions.
- Posting daily deposits.
- As an Accounting Coordinator you will record and reconcile commission statements with meticulous attention to detail.
- The Accounting Coordinator will also handle special projects as assigned by management and senior accounting staff, showcasing flexibility and adaptability.
- Sending out electronic statements on a daily basis to maintain timely and efficient communication with clients is another key responsibility for the Accounting Coordinator role.
- Managing and processing employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies, and reconciling credit card statements.
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR ROLE: - General Accounting, AP or AR experience
