Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Prepare billings from previous days' shipments
- Track billings/progress of large projects
- Confirms billings on all shipments
- Send monthly customer statements
- Follow up on past due invoices
- Coordinates and reviews new customer credit applications
- Responds to customer calls with billing questions
- Prepare and maintain all daily, weekly and monthly receivable registers
- Maintain sales tax exemption certificates
- Review, match and process all vendor invoices and employee expense reports
- Responds to vendor calls
- Track utility usage
- Reconcile vendor account statements
- Prepare and review jobs in order to determine projects to close
- Prepare job closing spreadsheet detailing budget vs. actual cost
- Close jobs inaccouting system
- Coordinate all month end reports
- Performs other duties as assigned.
