What the Accounting Clerk will do
- Process fixed asset additions, disposals and transfers
- Process depreciation expenses
- Review invoices related to fixed assets
- Process monthly leases invoices
- Ensure lease paperwork is complete
- Update and maintain recurring entries
- Review journal entries and account balance reconciliations
- Assist with monthly fixed asset roll forward schedules
What the company needs in an Accounting Clerk:
- Bachelor's Degree or related experience
- Demonstrate organizational and strong problem-solving skills
- SAP experience (+)
