ACCOUNTING CLERK
ABOUT THE COMPANY:

As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a vital role in maintaining their financial operations, with a primary focus on Accounts Payable (AP) and Procurement tasks. OVERVIEW OF THE ACCOUNTING CLERK ROLE:
- Reconcile invoices, meticulously identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring accurate financial records.
- Place and receive orders, proactively track down any back orders by communicating with vendors.
- Collaborate with the AP and AR teams, assisting in generating monthly statements for customers, whether via email or U.S. Mail.
- Accounting Clerk needs to maintain a moderate level of proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with customers and co-workers.
- Multitask effectively to meet deadlines and contribute to the team's success.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ACCOUNTING CLERK:
- Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
