ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE

OVERVIEW OF THE ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE ROLE:
- Enter AP invoices, run and review AP outstanding, process weekly check runs for full cycle.
- The Accounting Associate assists with monitoring accruals and prepaids analysis
- Deposit client checks, process client ACH and credit cards
- Accounting Associate issues credit memos and refunds
- Contact clients as needed and provide invoices, statements or follow up on AR balances due
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE ROLE:
- Associates or bachelors degree required.
- Accounting Associate should have at least 2 years of payables/receivables experience
- Moderate experience with Excel.
- Looking for a candidate that is a problem solver & dependable.
