Top Responsibilities- Accounting Associate:
- Enter AP invoices, run and review AP outstanding, process weekly check runs for full cycle.
- Assist with monitoring accruals and prepaids analysis
- Deposit client checks, process client ACH and credit cards through Aspire software & CardPointe
- Issue credit memos and refunds
- Contact clients as needed and provide invoices, statements or follow up on AR balances due
Experience Preferred- Accounting Associate
- Bachelors degree
- 2+ years of AP experience, AR experience is a plus
- NetSuite
