Excellent opportunity as an accounting associate for a healthcare software company. This position is fully remote working. Compensation is up to $60,000. The primary responsibilities of the position are:
- Processing sales orders with differing invoice cadences (ie, monthly vs quarterly vs annually)
- Understanding of SaaS services (recurring revenue)
- Business to business collections
- Basic understanding of how to read a contract
- Sales tax and Avalara is a plus
- Understanding of issuing RMAs and Credit Memos
- Understanding of Salesforce or other CRMs as they relate to sales orders is a plus
