Responsibilities of the Accounting Specialist
- The Accounting Specialist will assist with the Accounts Payable cycle
- Responsible for invoicing
- Work with purchase orders and expense reports
- The Accounting Specialist will assist in Accounts Receivable and billing
- The Accounting Specialist will assist with month end close and annual audits
- Ad hoc accounting projects
Qualifications of the Accounting Specialist
- 1+ years of accounting experience
- Intermediate to advanced Excel
- The Accounting Assistant will need to be able to effectively communicate
- MUST HAVE Bachelors Degree
