What you will be doing as the Accounting Assistant: - File sales tax in several states
- Account reconciliations for fixed assets and cash
- Building relationships with vendors through vendor reporting process
- Ensuring vendor reporting is in compliance
- Prepare balance sheet and cash flow statement
- Data entry related to vendor reporting and fixed assets
What experience the Accounting Assistant needs to have:
- Bachelors degree in accounting or finance
- 2+ years' experience preparing journal entries and reconciliations
