Accounting Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST:
- Data entry of approximately 100-200 invoices daily
- The Accounting Specialist will match invoices against purchase order for dollar amounts
- Data entry to Excel, review and verify accuracy of entries
- The Accounting Specialist will be trained to back up accounting functions across the team
- Assist with check runs and vendor maintenance
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST ROLE:
- Accounts Payable experience
- General accounting experience or exposure
- Strong desire to acquire additional accounting skills
- Advanced Excel skills
