OVERVIEW OF THE ACCOUNTING ANALYST ROLE:
- Oversee capital expenditure process, operating expenses, and inventory for multiple plants.
- Track plant cycle counts and perform general accounting functions.
- Accounting Analyst ensures financial controls and accountability.
- Analyze results, track performance, and assist with budgeting.
- Accounting Analyst contributes to monthly P&L reviews and assist with annual audit.
- Support cash management and provide backup to team members.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR ACCOUNTING ANALYST ROLE:
- Accounting Analyst need a Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 1+ years of accounting experience in manufacturing or corporate setting.
- Strong project leadership and continuous improvement mindset.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
