Salary Range: Accounting Administrator

$55,000-$59,000

Responsibilities: Accounting Administrator
Assist in monthly journal entry preparation
Support monthly closing and account analysis
Provide support for the semi-monthly Accounts Payable Run
Reconciliation and organization of monthly company credit card charges and utility bills
Maintain accurate records, including ledgers, journals, receipts and invoices
Provide back-up to the Corporate Assistant
Process manual Purchase Orders or Work Orders for select Trade Partners
Purchase Order or Work Order adjustment and correction
Assist with Budget Review process
Assist with all administrative duties related to Trade Partner setup process

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year
