The selected candidate will report to the Manager of Accounting and support billing activities. This position is located on site in El Segundo, CA with partial telework available. Essential Functions: Prepare and submit customer billings Miscellaneous accounts receivable reporting and resolution of payment issues Perform analysis of unbilled balances Support monthly cash collection and forecasting goals Interface with internal and external customers Support DCAA incurred costs and billing audits Complete special project as needed Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with 3 years of Accounting experience OR a Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance with 1 year of stated experience Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Ability to work on site in El Segundo, CA at least 1 to 2 times per week Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting Government contracting experience Familiarity with GAAP, FAR, CAS, IFRS Exposure to financial reporting systems, particularly SAP We offer flexible work arrangements, phenomenal learning opportunities, exposure to a wide variety of projects and customers, and a very friendly inclusive environment. Salary Range: $65,600 - $98,400 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
