7:00am-3:30pm (OT As Needed)

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Analyze financial data and provide insights into management for decision-making.

Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

Process payroll and ensure timely payment of taxes.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial processes are efficient and effective.

Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and ensure compliance.

Assist in the preparation of financial reports for stakeholders, including shareholders and regulatory bodies.

Experience is construction is required.
