We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where new ideas are encouraged and collaboration is a must. This role is integral to our finance team and is responsible for various accounting and financial tasks that are critical to managing our company's financial health.

Responsibilities:

As an Accountant, you will be responsible for a variety of financial activities including:

1. Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
2. Managing the entire accounting cycle, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Account Reconciliation.
3. Conducting detailed financial analysis and preparing financial forecasts.
4. Assisting in the preparation and management of the company's budget.
5. Ensuring compliance with accounting and financial reporting standards and regulations.
6. Maintaining the General Ledger and preparing financial statements.
7. Identifying and resolving any discrepancies or irregularities in financial entries, documents, and reports.
8. Collaborating with other members of the finance team to streamline accounting procedures and operations.
9. Providing support during internal and external audits.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Accountant position will have:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role.
3. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, financial accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliation, financial statements, and general ledger.
4. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel.
5. Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
10. Professional certification such as CPA or CMA will be considered an advantage.
