Overview of the Accountant role:
- Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts
- Process employee expense reports
- Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other reports
- Assist with month end close and bank reconciliations
- Ensure confidentiality of financial records
Preferred Qualifications for the Accountant Role:
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Working knowledge of Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs
- Demonstrated ability to work in a leadership role
