Responsibilities of the Accountant:
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with external vendors, partners, and colleagues across the organization, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment as an Accountant.

- Perform various financial tasks, including processing functional and benefits expense allocations, monthly accruals, amortization of prepaid expenses, fixed asset depreciation, and recording of adjustments and reclassification journal entries as needed by the Accountant.
- Prepare the initial draft of monthly budget versus actual variance reports for each department, providing valuable insights into financial performance, and assist in preparing financial statements and budget performance reports as an Accountant.
- Conduct general accounts analysis and reconciliations, covering areas such as bank statements, fixed assets, accruals, and prepaid expenses, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data for the Accountant.
- Provide administrative support functions, including processing reports, verifying documentation, invoice filing, preparing data for reports, and assisting with information retrieval for supervisors as an Accountant.
- She assisted in coordinating year-end inventory activities and related journal entries, contributing to the accurate closing of financial records at the end of the fiscal year as an accountant.
Requirements for the Accountant:
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of recent experience in accounting roles, demonstrating proficiency in financial management and reporting as an Accountant.
