Overview of the role: Accountant/Bookkeeper
- Reconciling bank statements, credit card statements, and other accounts payable and receivables between multiple entities.
- Generating and analyzing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other reports as necessary.
- Process AP/AR, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
- Creating and executing budgets
- Preparation of quarterly, bi-annual, and year-end financials.
- Oversight of financial audits.
Preferred Qualifications: Accountant/Bookkeeper
- Understanding of accounting practices and principles
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail as well as communication skills, both written and verbal
