Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Accountant Associate position will have the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role.
3. Proficiency in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory management.
4. Excellent skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
5. Strong understanding of cash flow management and profit and loss analysis.
6. Bilingual in English and Korean.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
9. Ability to work well in a team environment and to meet deadlines.
10. Familiarity with accounting software and systems.
