Dear applicants, please understand this is an onsite JOB. We need someone to be in our Harrison NJ office 5 days a week.

What You'll Do

Lead and inspire a high-performing team while overseeing day-to-day recruiting operations and individual req load. Report on key team recruiting metrics to executive management.

Actively pursue new clients, maintain existing clients, and build client relations.

Conduct meetings with client IT hiring managers to understand current openings and prioritize key requirements

Proactively source, network, screen, and qualify candidates to present to hiring managers while ensuring a diverse candidate pool

Analyze market data to make recommendations to hiring managers on the most effective recruiting strategies

Manage and promote the DEREX brand through internal and external job sites, social media, and professional associations

Schedule and conduct comprehensive interviews to achieve hiring goals

Deliver a superior candidate experience by providing excellent communication and timely follow-up regarding their current status within the search

Update candidate records and job postings in the applicant tracking system in a timely manner.
