Hill & Usher, located in Phoenix, is looking for an Account Manager to add to our growing team both in Personal Lines and Commercial Lines. Must be willing to obtain or currently possess a Property and Casualty License
Responsibilities include:
Generating insurance quotes and issuing Insurance Documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.)
Process customer policy change requests, assist with claims, etc.
Foster relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty
Provide ongoing support to insurance clients as needed
Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
