Opening in 2016, Tailor Made Compounding has been established as one of the top compounding pharmacies in the nation through our compounding expertise, knowledge, and experience. We are experts in compounding for a variety of indications such as men's health, women's health and IV therapy, as well as providing a more suitable alternative to standard prescription and over-the-counter medicines. We work closely with our physicians to solve problems for hard to source and hard to compound pharmaceuticals.

Tailor Made Compounding is looking for an Account Manager for our growing team. This position will report directly to the Account Servicing Manager and be the direct liaison between the clinics and pharmacy. All tasks and duties must be completed in accordance and compliance with HIPAA guidelines, State and Federal laws, and current company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Primarily responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with medical practices and affiliated medical providers

Manage diverse portfolio of partnerships to ensure long term success in the assigned geographic territory

Remain engaged with accounts to understand their needs from a patient care and business perspective, prioritizing customer experience at all times

Balance multiple responsibilities efficiently and appropriately while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements

Assist new customers with account establishment upon completion of initial discovery and onboarding by the sales team

Provide customer support and timely responses to inquiries related to the ordering process, fulfillment, or billing

Act as a liaison for customers by facilitating support from pharmacists or other team members

Monitor order status and fulfillment times to ensure consistent service delivery and offer solutions to service level concerns

Communicate proactively with customers to provide order updates, information pertaining to product availability, and policy or procedural changes

Demonstrate critical thinking, sound judgement, and decision-making capability when addressing customer concerns.

Maintain a professional demeanor, especially when faced with difficult customer service matters

Summarize key account information and customer feedback to provide relevant updates to supervisor

Contribute to achievement of shared sales and profit goals through customer satisfaction and retention

Collaborate with sales team to identify growth opportunities within assigned territory and explore unique opportunities for individual account growth

Perform other duties as assigned

Experience and Educations Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications or a related subject matter (preferred)

Salesforce or other CRM experience (preferred)

Medical / Pharmacy experience (preferred)

1-3 years of Customer Service, Account Management or Customer Success Management (required)

Excellent written and verbal communication (required)

Strong computer skills, fluency in Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook/PowerPoint (required)

Job Type: Full-Time

Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00-5:30 (Hours vary depending on business needs.)

Additional Information: Full-Time employees receive 3 weeks of Paid Time Off per year plus an additional Birthday PTO day to be used in the month of their birthday
