Twin City Die Castings Company was founded in 1919 as one of the original die-casting companies in the United States. Through the years we have grown to be one of the premier custom die casters in the industry, offering complete cast and machine capability. We have plants located in Minneapolis and Monticello, Minnesota, and Watertown, South Dakota, serving the needs of many customers.

Responsibilities

Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of assigned accounts, and keep the customer informed of the status of all TCDC activities affecting their account.
Coordinates customer visits, organizes, and participates in regular business reviews with customers and TCDC management.
Identifies and resolves issues and conflicts and communicates account status to Senior Leadership. Will assist with high-severity requests or issues and escalate them as needed or required.
Support and/or aid in negotiations for contracts and agreements with customers.
Quotes new part numbers and leads discussions regarding projects, quotes, and pricing.
Reviews product performance while in production for process improvements, cost reduction, and pricing to meet gross margin expectations.
Price change customer negotiations, as required and/or needed.
Monthly, annual, and 5-year forecasting of customer products from SOP to end of life.
Coordinate and facilitate completion of customer surveys, self-audits, questionnaires, custom forms, etc. as needed or required.
Frequent travel to the customer's location to maintain a positive relationship.
Responsible for knowing and following all environmental, health and safety rules, policies, and procedures for the work area and takes responsibility for ensuring that personal work activity is conducted in such a way as to not affect the safety of themselves or others.
Education
BS/BA preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education.
5 years experience in sales/customer service/project management
Sales/Account Management experience including development of quotations and proposals desired.
Working experience and knowledge of the APQP process per the TS16949 automotive standard is a plus.
