Job DetailsMUST HAVE: Previous knowledge of HVAC Systems and have prior experience selling mechanical products or services within the engineering industry.
Our account managers are the face of the company and clearly explain our service offerings. They provide our customers with pertinent information and help them understand how our services will make their building work better. They also have extensive HVAC knowledge and the ability to provide technical support to our highly skilled team of field technicians. Most importantly, they work assertively as a member of our service delivery team and focus on the retention and well-being of our clients.
Requirements:
- Prior experience selling products and services in the mechanical or industrial engineering industry.
- Prior HVAC knowledge is highly desired
- Comfortable being an independent contributor with minimum supervision.
- Strong background in customer relations, customer experience with a focus in technical sales.
