Job Description

To provide service and sales of Sengistix Technology and Professional services. Build and sustain outreach efforts, and provide ongoing support and service to existing customers and potential customers. The Account Executive works on sales activities, communicates with present and potential customers. Represents Sengistix on sales calls, at trade shows and conferences. Assist others within Sengistix to prepare request for proposal responses, manuals, and technical publications.

Managing sales of accounts and corresponding within the field regarding pricing, inventory, while providing a high level of customer service and interaction

Attend engagement opportunities at meetings and conferences.

Partner closely with operations team

Successfully complete all assigned training for the Account Executive role as well as dedicates the necessary time to both retain and build on the foundational products and services provided.

Sell products and services by scheduling virtual sales meetings to meet with current and potential customers. Products and services we provide solutions for include:Remote monitoring systems and services

Assistive and adaptive technology solutions

Develop and implement sales strategies by determining the relevant factors (e.g., product, competition and pricing needs) of existing and potential accounts to effectively promote the company's products.

Determine the needs (e.g., product and pricing), goals, product usage, and types of cases handled by specific customers by meeting with and asking in-depth questions.

Work with the Operational Director in establishing pricing packages that address specific customer's needs while satisfying company guidelines and policies.

Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel (e.g. Operational Director and operations team) to develop optimal solutions.

Effectively leverage available virtual customer education and case support resources to increase customer service and the overall value proposition for the Account Executive role.
