Account Executive

As the Account Executive, you'll be instrumental in fostering client partnerships, delivering premium solutions, and driving the business forward through growth initiatives.

The Account Executive Will:

Assist clients in the claims process and follow up to ensure timely resolution.

Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, policy changes, and claims support.

Responsible for day-to-day servicing and marketing of several of our largest clients.

Primary organizer of all commercial insurance coverage placements and after-sales policy administration for these customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.

Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.

Effectively manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.

Conduct periodic client reviews to assess their evolving needs and provide proactive solutions.

Handle policy renewals and make necessary adjustments as needed.

Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to ensure client satisfaction and policy accuracy.

Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

Your Account Executive Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Account Manager in the insurance industry.

Minimum of 5 years of experience managing commercial lines in the insurance industry.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as working with an independent insurance agency.

Risk Management experience preferred.

Knowledge of loss sensitive options, including at a minimum large Deductibles and SIR's along with familiarity with loss sensitive marketing.

Ability to analyze and explain coverage on commercial insurance policies ranging from Property insurance to Management Liability coverage.

Insurance experience required.

Proficient experience with Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance.

Current California Fire & Casualty License
