Job Description:
The Project Manager will manage several technical Accela Land Management system projects and play an important role in providing knowledge transfer of all Accela and integration products, as well as the continuous growth and success of supporting the Department s Permitting system, processes, and implementations.
Required Experience:
- 8+ years in the Information Technology field.
- 3+ years of experience leading Infrastructure and network projects in NV government.
- 3+ years strictly working in NV Land Development.
- Experience with Accela.
- Experience with EPermitHub.
- Experience with Selectron.
- Experience with ServiceNow.
- Experience with SeeClickFix.
- Experience with Document Management, including File360.
- Experience with Cloud Technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Products including Active Directory, Windows, MS Project, and Visio, ITIL Tools.
- Experience with and excellent command of written and spoken English, demonstrating fluency in both oral and writing communications.
- Experience with and fundamental knowledge of Infrastructure, Networks and Radio/Microwave components.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Accela Land Management system projects.
- Provide knowledge transfer of all Accela and integration products.
- Support Permitting system, processes, and implementations.
- Organize and lead highly technical focus groups composed of primarily Infrastructure, Network Systems, and Desktop services.
- Demonstrate professional organization, documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Communicate effectively with external stakeholders as well as internal staff.
- Utilize analytical problem-solving abilities, proactive/positive team player, resourceful, innovative.
- Develop both technical and user-friendly communications.
- Document technical requirements, creating project plans, and monitoring progress using ServiceNow.
- Demonstrate multi-tasking skills, including ability to work effectively under pressure, handle heavy volumes and meet demanding deadlines.
