ABA Case Manager/Supervisor

YOU MUST HAVE A MASTER'S DEGREE IN ABA, PSYCHOLOGY, EDUCATION, OR RELATED FIELD AND AT LEAST 1 YEAR SUPERVISING ABA CASES.

This is an incredible opportunity to work as a Program Lead case supervisor with clients in the San Diego and Imperial Valley area. Utilize your skillset to help children and families, not only by designing and implementing behavior support programs, but making an impact in the lives of the family unit as a whole and the surrounding community. Work in the school, home, and clinic-based settings is available. Opportunities to use ABA skills with infant development, mental health, as well as autism/DD needs.

AVAILABLE LOCATIONS:
We are currently seeking applicants to work FULL TIME (salaried) in the San Diego area. PART TIME positions may also be available, please inquire when you apply.

Responsibilities:

Design and oversee behavior treatment programs for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities under the supervision of Senior Management staff

Work in school and home settings to support children in their natural environments

Collaborate with teachers and school sites in the development and implementation of behavior treatment plans for students with disabilities to access their curriculum

Provide ongoing training to staff, caregivers, and other professionals to implement ABA treatment plans

Conduct face-to-face supervision during direct treatment sessions

Conduct team meetings in order to update the client's treatment plan and to support behavior interventionists and caregivers

Conduct functional behavior assessments in order to track progress and create individualized treatment programs

Conduct standardized assessments in order to establish treatment goals and baseline levels

Document ongoing treatment after each session and regularly summarize/analyze data

Write initial assessment and progress reports according to funding source requirements

Interface with professionals from funding agencies, attend IEP, IFSP, and other relevant meetings

Provide training to caregivers and other stakeholders

Participate in individual and/or group supervision

Complete all required documentation in a timely manner

Perform other job duties, as assigned

This job entails working with staff, teachers, children, and families live, face to face in homes, schools, or clinic settings for the majority of the position.

You will need to be able to run, crawl, kneel, play on the floor, and engage in fast-paced physical activities with young children.

The position may involve work face to face and over video conference.

Work occurring over the internet requires you to have a quiet, private space for the duration of your session.

Requirements

Must have Master's degree in education, psychology, counseling, behavior analysis, child development, social work, or related field

At least 3 years experience working as a behavior interventionist implementing ABA interventions with children with ASD

At least 1 year experience working as a behavior supervisor designing ABA programs for children with ASD, as well as training caregivers or teachers and behavior interventionist staff in how to implement these interventions

Experience working with children with autism in the home and school settings for at least 3 years

Experience overseeing/managing clinical cases for children with autism for at least 1 year

Must be able to work with diverse populations
