Overview: As a Temporary Accounts Payable (A/P) Coordinator for a 6-week contract. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with A/P experience looking for short-term employment. We're seeking a detail-oriented and efficient individual to assist with our accounts payable processes.
Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Verify coding, approvals, and accuracy of invoices before processing payments.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and issues.
- Assist with other finance-related tasks and projects as assigned.
- Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, and vendor information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient payment processing.
