Requires prior KM/sous or AKM level experience from a full service, scratch kitchen.
We will consider Kitchen Managers from independent, franchised or corporate brands.

Sales volume $2M+ annual
Great opportunity to manage your own kitchen without corporate distractions.
Team of 10-15 cooks.
Salary $50K - $55K
