Salmon Brook Rehab & Nursing is a 126 bed short and long term care facility located in Glastonbury, CT. We are currently seeking a 7-3p RN Supervisor to join our team.
This is a full time, 40 hour position Monday - Friday with weekend on-call commitment/ rotation required. Position hours are not flexible.
Candidates must posses a valid CT RN license in good standing, previous SNF/long-term care experience is preferred.
