5G Wireless Communications Engineer with Security Clearance

Role and Responsibilities RMC is hiring for 5G Wireless Communications Engineer to support our customers in Indian Head, MD (Main Side). The selected applicant will provide virtual collaboration technology support to US Navy Systems. Requirements 2-3 years' experience designing and implementing 5G services and network architecture in a manufacturing environment. Configure and optimize multi-access Edge Computing environments. Understand, design and implement Zero Trust architectures. Knowledge of wireless WAN system signaling procedures and/or radio architecture. Ability to design, implement and effectively communicate wireless network architecture, protocol, and security concepts. Ability to act as a technical advisor or network on wireless technology concepts. Preferred Skills Bachelor's of Science degree in Electrical or Computer engineering. Ability to design, implement and effectively communicate wireless network architecture, protocol, and security concepts. Ability to act as a technical or network advisor on wireless technology concepts. An active DoD Secret clearance is required to start. Applicant selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. RMC employees may be subject to COVID-19 vaccination or testing requirements in order to access government facilities.
