Schedule:
Nights - 11:30pm - 7am;
Weekends and overtime as required.

Job Description
Complete, and follow all TEAM Solutions and their customers Safety training;
Follow all TEAM Solutions and their customers work policies and absolutes;
Lift 50 pounds on a regular basis to perform cleaning and labor functions;
Operate high pressure Water Blasting equipment (training will be provided) to clean paint booths, grates, walls, flooring, and equipment;
Sanitize and clean machinery, robotics, change covers and remove paint build up, dirt, and debris;
Understand, complete, and use all TEAM Solutions and their customers checklist;
Wear all required PPE for the scheduled shift including safety footwear, eyewear, face wear, paint suits and gloves;
Multi-task and complete assignments;
Work in confined spaces, from heights (10 ft.) and wet environments;
Work in a paint shop environment;
Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
At least 1-2 years working in a heavy general labor capacity for an industrial environment;
High School Diploma or equivalent;
Reliable transportation to Lansing, MI;
Strong work ethic and attendance;
Paint shop cleaning experience preferred;
Able to work a flexible 40 hour per week;
Able to work in a team environment with minimal supervision;
Able to follow all of TEAM Group and our customer's safety training and customer's work policies.
