Now Hiring: 3-11 RN Supervisor
3-11 RN Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff during the evening shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM).
- Assess resident care needs and provide direct nursing care as necessary.
- Monitor and evaluate nursing care to ensure adherence to standards and regulations.
- Handle emergencies and urgent situations effectively and calmly.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to plan and coordinate resident care.
- Conduct rounds to assess resident conditions and address any concerns.
- Complete documentation and maintain accurate resident records.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to nursing staff.
3-11 RN Supervisor Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a nursing home or long-term care setting.
- Understanding of state and federal regulations related to nursing home care.
