Cherry Picker Operator - 2nd ShiftPAY RATE: $18.00 to $18.50 depending on experience
SCHEDULE: Sunday to Friday, 2:30 PM to finish (8 hours plus shift, overtime)
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Safe operation and daily maintenance of equipment assigned, including but not limited to forklifts, order pickers, reach trucks or other material handling equipment.
- Pick supplies accurately in low units of measure and bulk, ensuring verification of picking accuracy.
- Assist in order fulfillment, meeting safety, security, and productivity standards, and ensuring completeness of orders with proper labeling.
- Receive incoming products, compare the information on the packing slip with the Purchase Order number for accuracy, and inspect shipments for damage or defects.
- Complete shipping, receiving, and picking documents accurately and on time, including preparation of bills of lading or receipts for shipments.
- Maintain a safe and clean work area, operate material handling equipment, and ensure efficient material flow while adhering to company ecological policies and standards.
REQUIREMENTS: - High School graduate or equivalent.
- Forklift Experience - 2 years
- Experience in a high-volume warehousing environment preferred, Central Supply and/or receiving/picking environment.
- Must be willing to consent to a drug test and background check.
