Nesco Resource, 14 plus time winner of the Best in Staffing Award, is looking for experienced machine/floor supervisors for a reputable Solon company. Our client, a leading innovator in chemical technology for automotive maintenance and repair, is looking for experienced working supervisors for 2nd shift opportunities.

Working Supervisor

  • Pay Rate: $23 - $27/hour
  • 2 nd Shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm (Monday - Friday)
  • 3 rd Shift: 11:00pm - 7:00am (Sunday - Thursday)

The Working Supervisor is responsible for the following:
  • Coordinating and scheduling production in an efficient manner while attaining quality
  • Shutting down equipment when there are process problems and making necessary corrections.
  • Scheduling and performing routine preventive maintenance of equipment.
  • Identifying, isolating and correcting equipment malfunctions
  • Performing production line changeovers
  • Responsible for accurate and timely reporting of production, labor & scrap incurred during shift.
  • Assuring associates are trained in operation and changeover procedures for appropriate lines.
  • Supervising subordinates and temporary staffing as well as administering policies and procedures
  • Promoting and following all safety guidelines and procedures
  • Recommending safety improvements as needed
  • Performing various other duties as necessary
