Our client, a leading innovator in chemical technology for automotive maintenance and repair, is looking for experienced working supervisors for 2nd shift opportunities.
Working Supervisor
- Pay Rate: $23 - $27/hour
- 2 nd Shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm (Monday - Friday)
- 3 rd Shift: 11:00pm - 7:00am (Sunday - Thursday)
The Working Supervisor is responsible for the following: - Coordinating and scheduling production in an efficient manner while attaining quality
- Shutting down equipment when there are process problems and making necessary corrections.
- Scheduling and performing routine preventive maintenance of equipment.
- Identifying, isolating and correcting equipment malfunctions
- Performing production line changeovers
- Responsible for accurate and timely reporting of production, labor & scrap incurred during shift.
- Assuring associates are trained in operation and changeover procedures for appropriate lines.
- Supervising subordinates and temporary staffing as well as administering policies and procedures
- Promoting and following all safety guidelines and procedures
- Recommending safety improvements as needed
- Performing various other duties as necessary
